I lie still in this night, all alone ...
lonely in my own company ,,,
as still like a stone ...
so much like a beautiful statue !!!
Slowly, silently the moon creeps ...
into the lonely night sky ,,,
and it hears that my heart weeps ...
a lonely tear filling my eye !!!
Bathing in the calm light of the moon ...
the snow glittered beautifully ,,,
the mesmerizing sight calling you to come soon ...
and to step on this carpet of diamonds !!!
As the tear quietly escaped away ...
I heard a whisper in my ears ,,,
like a bright day ...
I heard your laughter !!!
I silently said a prayer in my mind ...
To God to bless you ,,,
and to be very kind ...
to fill your life with abundance !!!
Then God whispered back to me ...
and very gently placed His hand ,,,
My Child, I will be with him, you see ...
he is also very precious to Me !!!
The night was merry again ...
the stars started twinkling, the moon shining ,,,
gone was the heart-wrenching pain ...
and the snow never glittered so much !!!
